For instance, we often prepare a concise strategy statement for approval prior to copy and design development, and then relate decisions back to this statement.

Our method is to explore concepts directly with management. We then proceed with development and refinements as a separate function. Our primary goal is to provide focused communications for the company to use in fulfilling its plans and goals. We believe that an appropriately formulated, expressed and emphatically maintained market position is the single most powerful communication tool available to management to further the ordered growth of the company. We work to create a practical, maintainable approach for the company.
